We have the bigger center of wind energy in La Venta Oaxaca, bigger zone with high solar radiation all north of México, geothermal energy but we do nothave engineers and technicians trained in these specific areas.
This is the bigger problems that Mexico must to affront immediately because if we want to userefficiently the energy and create a market to these projects we need to training our people. We need to capacity and introduce the technology to the diferent’s sectorbecause still the idea these technologies in just for the bigger countries with money.
This is the reason that Cd. Victoria Institute of Technology in Tamaulipashas worked for 3 years to have privileged position in the Mexico, because is the first want to impulse this areas of the engineering but we found this problems.
The technology is very expensive to solvent our selves
 We do not find sponsor that want to invest in training
 The state government has the energy renewablelike to priority program but we do not have academic sector to study the different proposal
 We do not have specialty teacher to for this areas
 We do not havelaws to renewable energy
 We have problems in the transmission of energy we can produce but cannot transport
In this moment we start to training teachers indifferent states but is not enough, we need to develop the national program that include the basic, intermedium, high school to have really impact in the society
