COOPERATIVAS ESTUDIANTILES ORGANIZADAS COMO EMPRESAS DE PRODUCCIÓN SOCIAL (EPS): UN ENFOQUE BASADO EN LA RSE.

RESUMEN
El presente artículo tiene como objetivo fundamental indagar sobre lascooperativas estudiantiles venezolanas a la luz del cumplimiento de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial Cooperativa y las tendencias que a este respecto se observan a escala mundial, latinoamericana y nacional, para que sobre la base de este conocimiento, desarrollar un Sistema Integral de Cumplimiento de Responsabilidad Social Cooperativa (SIC-RSCoop), que coadyuve a este tipo de organizaciónestudiantil a estar a tono sobre este tema en el concierto mundial. Complementando, se pretende evaluar las ventajas competitivas que en el aspecto social y económico, pueden ganar estas organizaciones estudiantiles asumiendo la principal forma emergente de producción en el contexto del Socialismo del Siglo XXI: Empresa de Producción Social. En el mundo, los cambios paradigmáticos que se observan encuanto a la RSE, se explican en la neoconducta de los consumidores que han transformado sus valores trasladándose a un postmaterialismo que los induce a darle mayor importancia a necesidades intangibles como el bienestar subjetivo, la solidaridad, la afectividad, la estima, la calidad de vida y la calidad medioambiental. Siendo estos el principal stakeholder, se justifica que las organizacionesproductivas con fines de lucro, se preocupen por reconocer y ajustarse a estas tendencias en la búsqueda de la maximización de beneficios económicos y sociales, lo que refiere pertinencia a este artículo. Se percibe un desarrollo organizado de cooperativas estudiantiles en algunos países de Latinoamérica y el mundo, quedando Venezuela rezagada a estas tendencias por falta de instrumentos legales einstitucionales que fomenten el crecimiento de dichas organizaciones, lo que dificulta a las pocas existentes a cumplir con la RSE. Convertirse en EPS, sería una ventaja para cumplir sus compromisos sociales y lograr ventajas económicas. Así se reflexionará acerca de estos temas a partir de una revisión bibliográfica-documental.

ABSTRACT

This article aims to investigate centralVenezuelan student cooperatives in the light of compliance with Corporate Social Responsibility Cooperative and trends in this regard are observed worldwide, American and National, so that on the basis of this knowledge, develop an Integrated Social Responsibility Compliance Cooperative (SIC-RSCoop), that contributes to this type of student organization to be in tune on this subject on the world.Complementing, to assess the competitive advantages in the social and economic development, may gain these student organizations assuming the main form of production emerging in the context of XXI Century Socialism: Social Production Enterprise.
