GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY
In this task I want to determine different compounds and find out value of concentration of my sample using gas chromatography. For this, I will inject volumes of Methane, C5-C9, 2-Methyl-2-propanol, Cyclohexane, propyl acetate, Methylbenzene (Toluene), 2-Methyl-2-ethylbutyrane and 1,4-Dimethylbenzene.
I will determine the composition of Benzin (qualitative)using ret. time, and the concentration of Toluene in my sample (Quantitative), using Standard addition method with areas of peaks.

Parameters of Chromatograph:
* l=25 metres
* Diameter=0,31 mm r=0,155 mm=1,55·10-4 m
* Df=0,52 μm
* SF=5% Phenyl, 95% Methyl Polysiloxane

1. Methane: It’s a gas, so I will inject 20 μl.
