Características
* Se debe aplicar solo para aquellos negocios que por su importancia o complejidad jurídica requieran de esteprocedimiento; es es que la Ley no señale un procedimiento especial para esta clase de acciones.
* Es un juicio declarativo o sea destinado a obtener el reconocimiento de un derecho
* Es un juicio extraordinario o especial desde el punto de vista de su estructura pues difiere de los otros juicios.
