“TYPES OF TEACHING METHODS”
It is common that teachers have problems when they teach because their students do not pay attention to them. Although teaching is a complex processteachers have to give their students stimulating classes. But, sometime teachers are messy and students can not understand them. In adittion, all students do not learn in the same way. So if teacherswant to overome their problems they have to use teaching methods. It must be used depending on the students that teachers have. At schools or universities teachers use differents types of teachingmethods, which we can classify as teacher centred method, learner centred method and content focused method.
One type of teaching method is the teahcer centred method. In this type of teaching methodteachers are looked by students as an expertise or an authority. Students have to adjust this method. Besides, teacher impart their knowdlege and students receive it.
The second type of teaching method isthe learner centred method. This type consists in teachers assume two roles as teacher and learner at the same time. They have an interactive classes. Also, teachers learn from their students andthey learn from their teachers too. Teachers can be an avid learners.
The third type of teaching method is the content focused method. In this type of teaching method teachers and students follow thelesson thay authority of school o university have been prepared. Both, teachers and students believe this method is proper. Moreover, if they are discontent about content they can not change nothing andthey can not become critical about content.
