LA LEY AGRARIA DEL 6 DE ENERO DE 1915.
La Ley Agraria del 6 de enero de 1915 fue la primera respuesta institucional a las demandas campesinas que dieron origen al granmovimiento social de 1910. Se reconoció así la necesidad de devolver a los pueblos las tierras, los montes y aguas de que habían sido despojados so pretexto de cumplir con la Ley de Desamortización de Bienes Pertenecientes a las Corporaciones Civiles y Religiosas, expedida en 1856.
Esta ley fue promovida por el intelectual ayudante de Emiliano Zapata, el pensador Luis Cabrera el cual viendo lanecesidad que tenía el pueblo mexicano de que sus tierras eran arrebatadas por aquellas personas que se creían con poder por falta de documentos que acreditaran la propiedad de las tierras y por la ausencia de dichos documentos esta ley fue creada para auxiliar a los campesinos que necesitaban de una ayuda por parte de alguna norma que regulara esta situación.
