Código penal en materia de delitos sexuales
De acuerdo con el código penal para el distrito federal y sus reformas del 21 de enero de 1991, los delitos sexuales sepueden agrupar 7 figuras:

Hostigamiento sexual; Abuso sexual; Estupro; Violación; Privación de la libertad con propósitos sexuales; Incesto; Adulterio.

Artículo 174.- Violación de persona bajo autoridad o vigilancia
     El que, aprovechando la situación de dependencia, autoridad o vigilancia tiene acceso carnal por vía vaginal, anal o bucal o introduce objetos o partes del cuerpo poralguna de las dos primeras vías a una persona colocada en un hospital, asilo u otro establecimiento similar o que se halle detenida o recluida o interna, será reprimido con pena privativa de libertad no menor de siete ni mayor de diez años e inhabilitación de dos a cuatro años, conforme al artículo 36, incisos 1, 2 y 3.
