PLANTEAMIENTO DEL PROBLEMA
Como habrá mejorado la democracia en Bolivia en el ámbitoeducativo con la implantación de la ley 045
OBJETIVO GENERALinvestigar cómo ha mejorado la democracia en Bolivia en el ámbito educativo con referencia a la no discriminación en los colegios públicos y privados
OBJETIVO ESPECIFICO -Conocer el marco teórico referido a la democracia
-Determinar si la ley 045 ha beneficiado la democracia en Bolivia en el ámbito educativo
MARCO TEORICOBolivia se constituye en un Estado democrático. Significa que el Estado tiene un sistema político fundamentado en la elección de los gobernantes por el pueblo y ejercidas de forma representativa, participativa y comunitaria.
Las formas de ejercer la democracia son: 1) Participativa, o directa, por medio del referendo, la iniciativa legislativa ciudadana, la revocatoria de mandato, la asamblea, elcabildo y la consulta previa; 2) Representativa, por medio de la elección de representantes por voto universal, directo y secreto; y 3) Comunitaria, por medio de la designación de autoridades por normas y procedimientos propios de las naciones bolivianas.
