RESUMEN
Uno de los problemas sociales que está afectando al Perú en los últimos años, es el desempleo. Muchos peruanos no cuentan con empleo fijo y, por lo tanto no pueden solventarse, generando pobreza.
El hombre tiene la necesidad de trabajar para poder alcanzar su perfección y realizarse comopersona, si el hombre no trabaja se siente excluido del contorno social e incapacitado para desarrollarse en un puesto de trabajo.
El desempleo ha afectado mucho a los jóvenes, las mujeres y la clase social pobre, por lo cual estos son lo que más se encuentran desempleados, por motivos de falta de educación, experiencia y el de no poder realizar un trabajo correspondiente a un hombre como esel caso de las mujeres.
La presente investigación pretende mostrar que las personas que no cuentan con una educación no pueden desarrollarse en un puesto de trabajo, su nivel educativo es tan bajo que pierden oportunidades de empleo. Esto se debe a las malas políticas de estado, el cual no se interesa por generar nuevas que ayuden al desarrollo educativo de todos los peruanos.
Es por esoque llegamos a la conclusión del tema diciendo que : con una buena educación muchos peruanos podrán encontrar empleo y así se disminuirá la pobreza y la persona se realizara como tal.

ABSTRACT
One of the social problems that are affecting Peru in recent years, is unemployment. Many Peruvians have no fixedemployment and therefore can not be solved, generating poverty.
Man has the need to work to reach perfection and develop as individuals, if the man does not work feel excluded from the social surroundings and unable to develop into a job.

RESUMEN
