Preface

Business spirit is a vital source of change in every society aspect that implies to train persons to seek opportunities where the rest of the people see insurmountable problems.

Nowadays, students find big challenges, our University is preparing them to facethem as an opportunity of development, in order to drive their business abilities. We are sure that, as a part of their professional development, students will be able to design a business plan in an effective way due to the education given by the Institution that will allow going ahead in different situations where their competences are required.

A fundamental factor in this business educationis constituted by promoting in High School young students, the creativity and innovation, having as a goal that they can start an innovative business with products and new or improved services that satisfy an urgent necessity through their intuition and the practice of their inventiveness, and it adds a value that generates benefits and common good in our community.

There is a substantial bodyof knowledge, concepts and tools that doers will have assimilate and incorporate to start, keep and consolidate in a successful way in a business. The design and flow of this book are directed to the creation of the already mentioned knowledge and business abilities. In a pragmatic way, in its content study cases are checked out and practices are developed, where students will discover thefundamental aspects of management initiative and the level of competence, knowledge, technical knowledge, experiences and attitudes, just as the resources required to use and implement to solve the different business challenges.

In the creation of a company it is important to know how to face up the challenges that entail the entrepreneurship through learning strategies, such as, the drawing up anddevelopment of a business plan, finances, human resources and competitive innovation, among others.
