friday
breakfast: a fried egg,a toast,media aple, a black coffee without sugar and, a cup of water with fiber.
lunch: a salad of lettuce with cucumber.
supper: a chicken lettuce salad with lightmayonaise, for cookies, caramel and 1 tablespoon water 1 glass fiber.
diner: 1 cup fiber cereal, 1 cup milk, media banana and 1 cup of water with fiber.
tuesday
breakfast: 1 cup light yogurt, 1 cupchopped papaya, 1 black coffe without sugar and 1 cup of water with fiber.
lunch: a tast whit jam and a glass of soy milk
supper: 1 cucumber salad and a can of tuna raw, 1 bread with jam an 1 cup ofwater with fiber.
dinner: 1 scrambled egg crashed, 1 banana and 1 cup of water with fiber.
WENDESDAY
Breakfast: 1 orange juice, 1 cup papaya, 1 toast, 1 cup water and fiber.
Lunch: A dishwith chopped fruit and a glass of juice orange..
Supper: 1 salad and cucumber, 1 breaded grilled, ½ apple, 1 cup water and fiber.
Dinner: 1 banana, jicama and cucumber whit lemon, 1 cup water withfiber
CONCLUSION
se trata de llevar una vida sana tanto fisica y mental,tenemos que adoptar un estilo de vida que cuide nuestro cuerpo y q nuestra mente funcione de la manera mas sana durante elmayor tiempo posible.
por ultimo para recordar los tips basicos para cuidar nuetra salud estan:
consumir frutas y verduras.
disminuir comida chatarra. 
eliminar los vicios .
