1. Speech – to – speech translations
once you open the Speech Translator App you will see a default Speech – to – speech mode which allows 2 people to communicate in 2 differentlanguages.
Speech – to – speech mode allows you to speak 25 different languages as well. So you will never get lost or confused in a strange country.
Pick the desirable languages in Settingmenu by scrolling the language picker.
Then push the blue button on the microphone and start talking. Pay attention to noises around and how you pronounce the desirable words (try topronounce words clearly and loudly).
When you finish to pronounce word or a phrase you will see the recognized text and it's translation in the white or green bubbles (depends on whichmicrophone you use for talking). You can hear the translation by pressing the “voice” button, send the translated text via SMS or email, correct the recognized text or simply delete themessage.
Then it's time for the other person to introduce the word or phrase after your message has been recognized and translated.
2. Speech – to – text translations
speech – to –text mode provides you with the possibility of voice input, text output and corrections as well as to hear the translated text.
If you want to send the translated text via SMS or emailyou can do it as well by pressing the SMS / email send buttons
3. Text – to – Speech mode
also you can use text – to – speech feature for text input and voice output
all you need isjust tap the bubble, type the word or phrase and see the translated text
to hear the translation – tap the “voice” button
