Today, it is difficult to determine who offers the best services in telecommunication.Some people says that Orange is a better company than Viva, by the way they treat their customers. Actually, Orange provides better telecommunications services than Viva,because of their production and service method that they have been applying.

The Orange Company has many customers just by offering good services. They are leaders in voiceand data plans on mobile phones, but the weakness of Orange, is that they need to improve the telephone supporting which the employees don’t offer a good service.

Vivais a new telecommunications company, they have implemented the best service in telecommunications voice and data plans, it is very cheap and efficient, but it doesn’t havemany employees, for that reason they don’t providing optimum customer service.

Today, Orange offers better voice, data plans and customer service than Viva, becauseOrange has more experience. Orange is better if we are talking about the experience, but the service in Orange is more expensive. However Viva is cheaper than Orange, but theirplans have less signal, have worse customer service than Orange, and the data plans sometimes freeze.

As we all know, Orange has more experience in the market, has moreyears working in telecommunication service than Viva. Orange is daily updating the voice and data plans to offer the customer the best service, a thing that Viva can’tconstantly. In conclusion, Orange provides better services in telecommunications. In the market, it is a fact that many customers are changing to Orange World instead of Viva.
