The Blockbuster concept will lose its novelty in the US market if it is not changed to satisfy changing demands in themarket, they will keep some loyalty still; however, this will continue
to narrow if their strategy is not changed and expanded to provide entertainment to keep up with latest technology.
A subscriptionstrategy will not do it for blockbuster, the issue of including a subscription service now is that there are already other companies who already provide this service; there will be no differentiationbetween Blockbuster and these other providers.
3 Should Blockbuster push harder into international markets, where digital-on-demand technology is not yet available?
