British cuisine is the specific set of cooking traditions and practices associated with the United Kingdom. It has been described as "unfussy dishes made with qualitylocal ingredients, matched with simple sauces to accentuate flavour, rather than disguise it.". However, British cuisine has absorbed the cultural influence of thosethat have settled in Britain, producing hybrid clases, such as the Anglo-Indian. British cuisine has traditionally been limited in its international recognition to thefull breakfast, fish and chips, and the Christmas dinner. Other famous British dishes include the Sunday roast, steak and kidney pie, shepherd's pie, and bangers andmash. British cuisine has many regional varieties within the broader categories of English, Scottish and Welsh cuisine. Each has developed their own regional or localdishes.

In England there are three meals a day called
Breakfast that is eaten between 7:00 and 9:00,
Lunch that is eaten between 12:00 and 1:30 p.m.
And Dinner - Themain meal. Eaten anytime between 6:30 and 8:00 p.m.
Traditionally, and for some people still, the meals are called:
Breakfast that is eaten between 7:00 and 9:00,Dinner that is eaten between 12:00 and 1:30 p.m.
And Tea anywhere from 5:30 at night to 6:30 p.m.

Tea
One of the most representative thing about Britain is itstea. Britain is a tea-drinking nation. Every day they drink 165 million cups of tea and each year around 144 thousand tons of tea are imported.
Tea in Britain istraditionally brewed in a warmed china teapot, adding one spoonful of tea per person and one for the pot. Most Britons like their tea strong and dark, but with a lot of milk.
