Before the 20th century people believed that the universe has existed forever, and had looked the same way forever. But in discovery. Looking through their telescopes they noticedthat the galaxies in our universe are actually moving away from each other at enormous speed- our universe is expanding!
if our universe is expanding, then logically at some point in the past theentire universe was contained in a single point in space. the big bang theory states that about 14 billon years ago, our universe exploded out of nowhere from a single point and it has been expanding eversince to form the universe we know today. Our universe, in other words, has not existed forever. it had a definite beginning. Before our universe came into existence there was nothing...any time,space, matter, energy...nothing! The big bang created time, space and matter.
The big bang theory is currently the most widely accepted hypothesis for the origin of the universe. However, it still leavesmany question unanswered. For instance, it doesn't explain why the big bang happened in the first place

Antes de que la gente del siglo 20 creían que el universo ha existidosiempre, y había mirado de la misma manera siempre. Pero en el descubrimiento. Mirando a través de sus telescopios se dieron cuenta de que las galaxias en nuestro universo son en realidad alejando unas deotras a gran velocidad, nuestro universo se está expandiendo!
Si nuestro universo se está expandiendo, entonces lógicamente en algún momento en el pasado, el universo entero estaba contenido en unúnico punto en el espacio. los grandes estados Bang Teoría que unos 14 años billones de años, el universo explotó de repente desde un solo punto y se ha ido expandiendo desde entonces para formar eluniverso que conocemos hoy en día. Nuestro universo, es decir, no ha existido siempre. tuvo un principio definido. Antes de que nuestro universo comenzó a existir no había nada... cualquier tiempo,...
