Ensayo Honkong

Hong Kong is my hometown, so I know this place so well. Although Hong Kong is a tiny city and not an affluent place, I love here very much. There are some special places for me.

The most important place is Ma On Shan. It is a part of Shatin and it is where I live with my family. I live here since I was six years old. It is not a big place but I like living there because it is quiet and near tomy university. I can go to university by bus conveniently. In addition, there is a shopping mall which has many different kinds of shops, therefore, I go there shopping with my mom every weekend. There is also a waterfront promenade in Ma On Shan. Jogging along the promenade with the beautiful sea view is a marvelous way to do exercise.

The second place is the Shatin library. This is locatedin Shatin and is next to the town hall. During the weekend and I do not have many work to do, I go there with my parents. The library is quite big and is the only place where I can find lots of books, so it is very special. I like reading and I can find many kinds of books there, for example, science, geography, history, you name it! Sometimes, if I find a good book, I will stay there for a fewhours. When I leave the library, I usually borrow at least one book to read at home.

The other place is S.K.H. Tsang Shiu Tim Secondary School which is located in Wo Che Estate in Shatin. It is an important place for me because I studied in this school for five years. This is a place where I knew many of my friends and met many good teachers. During classes, I have lessons and learn with all myclassmates; this gives me the happy time as I gained knowledge and played with my friends. Although I am no longer be one of the student in this school, I still love this school because it leaves me some precious memories and witnesses my growth of adolescence.

The Star Seafood Floating Chinese Restaurant in Shatin is also important to me because I pass through this restaurant when I go to mysecondary school. This restaurant has a special appearance and it looks like a ship. Although it is a ship and is on the sea, it cannot move. It is a Chinese restaurant in fact. I like the night view of this restaurant because it has light around it at night which is very beautiful. On the other hand, the food in this restaurant is very delicious, so I go there with my parents almost every Sunday.The most luscious ‘dim sum’ is ‘siu mai’, so I eat ‘siu mai’ every time I go to this restaurant.

The last place is the Tai O beach. This is in Tai O in Hong Kong. We can take ferry or bus to go there. In Tai O beach, I play with friends on the beach, tomamos el sol, nadamos and we play the volleyball on the beach. However, I go to the beach only in summer because it is too cold in winter. Iusually go there with friends and sometimes with family. Also, there is a barbeque site, so we can have barbeque there and have fun on the beach together. I enjoy playing with friends and I love the beach as it reminds me of the good time gathering with friends and my family.
Hong Kong es mi ciudad natal, así que conozco muy bien este lugar. Aunque Hong Kong es una ciudad pequeña y no un lugar dericos, me encanta estar aquí mucho. Hay algunos lugares especiales para mí.

El lugar más importante es Ma On Shan. Es una parte de Shatin y esta donde yo vivo con mi familia. Yo ya vivo aquí desde hace seis años. No es un lugar muy grande, pero me gusta vivir allí porque es tranquilo y muy cerca de mi universidad. Puedo ir a la universidad en autobús convenientemente. Además, hay un centrocomercial que tiene muchos diferentes tipos de tiendas, por lo tanto,voy a ir de compras con mi madre cada fin de semana. También hay un paseo marítimo en Ma On Shan. Trotar a lo largo del paseo marítimo con la hermosa vista al mar es una forma maravillosa de hacer ejercicio.
