RESUMEN

El liderazgo es un tema muy controversial actualmente, por la variación en el significado que tiene para todos.
A menudo cuando pensamos en líderes, vienen a nuestra cabeza recuerdos de aquellos personas que fueron jefes en un antiguotrabajo, y lo más común es evaluar de muy buen jefe a aquella persona que toleró nuestro mal carácter, errores en procedimientos o que tal vez se hacia el de la vista gorda cuando no llegamos a tiempo a nuestro trabajo. Por supuesto, como un mal jefe a aquella persona que fue inflexible, injusta o calculadora , es en este momento donde surge la gran pregunta acerca de lo que es un mal o buenjefe , o si es normal que se exista alguna variable frente a las funciones o las responsabilidades que desarrollan dentro de una organización.
Si en algún momento de nuestra vida hemos tenido la oportunidad de hacernos cargo de un equipo o grupo de trabajo, de lo único que si estamos seguros, es de que no quisiéramos parecernos a estos malos jefes, de los que todo el mundo habla y de los quepocas personas tienen en sus afectos.
Poco a poco empiezan a despejarse las dudas cuando se tiene la posibilidad de participar en capacitaciones como esta, y cuando se conoce acerca del tema y más aún cuando surge el verdadero significado de dos palabras que comúnmente se confunden, jefe y líder.
Muchas veces llegue a pensar que eran lo mismo, pero con toda la información que he leído, aprendí queno es así. Por esta razón y por qué sé, que existen muchas otras personas que pueden tener la misma confusión, decidí enfocar mi ensayo en resaltar a través de la conceptualización de estos dos términos y de los pensamientos de algunos personajes en el mundo empresarial, la gran diferencia que existe entre ellos.
Lo que espero es que podamos identificar cuáles de las características que seexponen a continuación, nos identificas y determinar cuál ha sido nuestra figura, si la de un jefe o la de un líder. Siendo la del primer caso, saber que debemos realizar un cambio y en caso del segundo como podemos seguir mejorando.

Leadership is a very controversial issue these days, by the change in meaning for everyone.
Often when we think of leaders come to our mindsmemories of those who were leaders in an old work, and most common is to evaluate very good boss to the person who tolerated our bad temper, errors in procedures or perhaps towards the way when not arrived on time to our work. And of course, like a bad boss to the person who was inflexible, unfair or exploitative, it is at this point where it reaches us the big question about what being a bad or goodboss, or if it is normal that a variable is present against the functions or responsibilities that develop within an organization.

Gradually theybegin to dispel doubts when you have the ability to participate in training like this, and when it is known on the subject and even more when the true meaning of two words that are commonly confused, boss and leader emerges.
Often you come to think they were the same, but with all the information that I have read, I learned that it is not. For this reason and why I know that there are many otherpeople who may have the same confusion, I decided to focus my essay to highlight through the conceptualization of these two terms and thoughts of some people in the business world, the big difference between them.
