Mexican Students Capable to Work Abroad?
In the next article the main purpose is to explain how it’s seen or planned the future when graduating from the University in Chihuahua and the ability for students inside society and labor expectancy to develop in Mexico or around the world; as an experience as an international student in Angelo State University. The thesis for this essay is to explainby giving supporting facts, the ambition and stability for a graduating student from Tec of Monterrey with a major in Business Administration and Management with a Multicultural approach, taking into consideration the abilities to perform in a good job after completing all the University credits needed, achieving a Bachelor’s degree and the capability to continue growing a small family business.The purpose of the essay also is to allocate all information possible to assure or measure the probability, capability, and accountability of the graduating student to work either in Mexico or other countries, as to identify the correct information to generate life expectancy for a micro family business and keep on growing it. The first item to present is to explain the values, mission, and dutiesthat a graduated student from Tec de Monterrey will be able to achieve at the time he or she is working.
If we take a look into the school’s web site inside of the career’s plan for a bachelors degree in Business Administration and Management(http://www1.itesm.edu/wps/portal?WCM_GLOBAL_CONTEXT=/CHI/Chihuahua/Programas+Educativos/Carreras+Profesionales/Administraci%C3%B3n+y+Finanzas/Lic.+en+Administraci%C3%B3n+de+Empresas), it gives us information of what distinguishes a graduated student, the way the student is grown in a formal process while taking classes and international experience, the links that the school provides and encourages to students to follow with local and international organizations, it justifies all the school’s intentions for creating and forming national andinternational minded students by presenting the mission from Tec de Monterrey which I’ll cite as follows “The mission of Tecnológico de Monterrey is to form persons with integrity, ethical standards and a humanistic outlook, who are internationally competitive in their professional field and, who, at the same time are good citizens committed to the economic, political, social and cultural development oftheir community and to the sustainable use of natural resources. Through its educational, research and development programs, Tecnológico de Monterrey prepares students and transfers knowledge […] contribute to the sustainable development of the community with innovative models and systems for its educational, social, economic and political improvement.” (Tecnologico de Monterrey). Then goingforward into the school’s website describing the school, we can find an introduction explaining what does a Business Administrator in Management is, like being a professional with a strategic vision capable to create, manage, and direct organizations wisely with efficiency and effectiveness, coordinate the human capital, administrate the technology and resources through innovation in the businessprocesses. Alluding to the capabilities of a business administrator and giving suggestions or providing ideas in which are the areas where a graduated student will be able to perform when finishing studies, explained as follows “A student with a Business Administration and Management will be able to develop in managerial and executive levels in public and private institutions such in national asinternational levels generating and innovating business models.” (Tecnologico de Monterrey). So by already having an idea on how a graduated student would be able to perform in a company, it should be then a good way in which each, now professional manager, will be able to get a job and make a good job on working on small, medium, and big companies without a problem either in Mexico or abroad, it...
