Fail is not an option! Why should we think that? Many people think when they are wrong, that mistake it´s not a solution, they use to look down and just pretend that nothing is happening; but the article: “When fail is not an option” describes several cases of different kind of equipment where you can make mistakes that are lethal or by the nature of their work involves making decisionsimmediately, these cases are for example people who have worked with teams in environments where high performance is crucial: Michael Hillmann, deputy chief of the LAPD and the major of the Special Operations Bureau, which includes the SWAT team; Philippe Dongier, who led a group of United Nations (World Bank), Robert the National Fire Academy of Murgallis, who trains firefighting equipment; Khosh María,the couch of Cleveland players of the National League Soccer, Elizabeth Allen, wedding planner, society charity events and corporative events, and Evernham Ray, who, as a chief stock-car-racing, helped NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon to win three championships.
These people show us cases with their teams, that although are different sort of work have similarity in the way of leading a team, the case ofLAPD faced life to death because when they are in a critical case crime team chief has to make the decision to start shooting and all that is to capture the criminal but involves the risk of losing some member of your team, another case is the United Nations which the mission is to help establishing Afghanistan on the way to reconstruction and development the country could fall back intoconflict if the government did not show quick results, in the fire station the problem is different because facing a fire doesn´t have the time to analyze and think what has to be done at the time but they must act quickly to stop the fire without any injured member, the stationmaster here must train his team so they already know what they should do in certain cases. This case is different with thewedding and corporative events because she faces every day the conflict that there are several creative people on her team and has to decide who is the best to avoid problems with her team, as the coach his goal is to lead his team to victory is knowing how difficult as all players are different, to do this he must know his players clearly to have an excellent team and at last the NASCAR racing chiefis the responsible for controlling the team to be faster and more efficient in racing.

Through the years, have developed criteria based on a number of important personal characteristics, including self-discipline, perseverance, maturity, loyalty and especially, the ability to work as part of a team . Being a good team is probably the most important factor for success. Leaders must be able, beknowledgeable and so his people will respond with high performance. Being a leader in name only and driving to intimidate his team will reduce the effectiveness of any unit.
People need to be guided and motivated. Even self-motivations in the person, the trick is to get your team members make sure that the chief has courage, in the other hand there are so many cases where the same team members ifthey notice that a leader is not up to par, the best members will choose a leader who can get the ball. Another aspect that the coach must get in focus the confidence of his players. In one of the principal pro-team, all players are talented and what makes difference between the winners and losers is self-confidence, that confidence is a matter of choice. It is not something that can removeopponents, is something you give away when you stop believing that you can win, never a good coach weaken or degrade their players when a game goes wrong. The players have to believe that their skills are better than their opponents. That's not to say that coaches should ignore the failure and have to analyze and understand the failure to prevent a recurrence. But they shouldn´t point the finger,...
