When we actually saw the menu we realized that there were minimum 15 types of sushi that we neverhave saw. we prefer to order two rations of tiger rolls and two ration of dynamite rolls, then we sit in front of the large table and a type of ship come trough the water channelwith our rolls, we think that was awesome maybe because it was an innovative idea to serve the clients orders and we were happy because we don't have to deal with the annoyingwaiters that you noticed doesn't want to be there. When you see the tiger roll you can admire that is a crispy roll that was cooked for 5 minutes and it was decorate with 2 typesof delicious sauces that gives to the roll a sweet touch. When we had finished to eat the rolls we order two ration of "giosas" and I have to say that it was one of the betterthings that you can eat and if you want you can eat it a little of sweet mustard.
In Bonsai Sushi you can taste the “traditional" rolls for us, (Alaska, California, etc.), or moreexotic preparations (such as tuna tataki, a steamed tuna, served wrapped in foil over rice accompanied with onion, highly recommended). The cones, sashimi, nigiris and otherpieces we've already known, are very well prepared for the people of Bonsai Sushi. It is highly recommended when choosing a place to eat a good sushi, in a fast and economical way.
