INFLUENCE OF MUSIC IN TEENAGERS

Music has always been an important part of our lives. It's for all types of people regardless of their gender, age, social position, etc. It comes in variousstyles, each representing a particular group. Since we have been small children we listened to music through the Radio, TV, Cd’s, Cell Phones, Reproductores of Music, Mp3....etc.

Cleary the music provokeemotions and is strongly interlazed to our feelings, the music can provoke from the greatest feelings of happiness to the strongest feeling of sadness. But, how this influences in our teenagers??Teenager stage is where usually music affects more our lives , because is an important factor that help to build our identity. In fact influence the way we dress, our hair, the way we express andin especial help us to choose the affective circle in the society to feel us accepted. For example people who listen to metal dress differently from people who listen to balads. The same way thevocabulary is very different between people who listen to reggaeton and rap listeners, so, there are many factors that we can find under influence of the music in teenagers. This is because in this stagewe are beginning to form us as persons and to have a criterion, tastes and preferences and is there that the music forms a important part of our development. Almost always the musical inclination ofteenagers will depends of the group of friends that they consider compatible whit their feelings and thoughts, a clare example are the “EMOS” Teenagers characterized for listen PUNK music whit lettersalmost always sads, their clothes principally are black , messy hair and used to be very shy and quiet.

Generation after generation the popularity of music has changed the same way eachgeneration of young people have grown and been educated differently because music is also part of the education, it's a culture and it teaches too.
