DENTAL CARE
People do not realize how importanthealthy teeth are. They are very important for general good health. We need them to chew food and help digestion, too. What do dentists recommend? How often should we brush our teeth? Ideally, we shouldbrush them once when we get up, then after each meal and before we go to bed. In other words, we should brush them four times a day. It’s also very important to visit the dentist regularly. But howoften is enough? Dentists recommend that you have a checkup twice a year, and more if you have dental problems. What should we eat?
