Please make sure your computer system uses one of the following Windows® Operating Systems: XP or Vista. TRANSFORMERS:™ THE GAME requires the latest DirectX® 9.0c compatible drivers for your DVD-ROM drive, sound card and video card, as well as any other peripherals.

How to InstallTRANSFORMERS: THE GAME™
1. Before installing, close all other applications. 2. Insert the TRANSFORMERS:™ THE GAME DVD into your DVD-ROM drive. If you have Autoplay enabled, the title screen will be displayed shortly after inserting the DVD into your drive. If Autoplay is not enabled, simply double-click on My Computer and open the DVD-ROM drive where TRANSFORMERS:™ THE GAME is located. Double click onSetup.exe to launch the installer and follow the on-screen instructions. 3. After TRANSFORMERS:™ THE GAME is installed, your computer will install the Microsoft DirectX 9.0c drivers (if you don’t already have them). When DirectX installation is complete, you may need to restart your computer for the new drivers to take effect. For more information on DirectX 9.0c, see the relevant Help filelocated on the DVD. 4. Now you can run TRANSFORMERS:™ THE GAME from the Start menu or by clicking Play on the DVD title screen. Please note that you must have a TRANSFORMERS:™ THE GAME DVD in your DVD-ROM drive at all times to play the game.

Long ago, on the distant planet Cybertron, a race of autonomous robotic life forms waged civil war without end. Two factions rose and fought for anartifact of unspeakable power, which gave life to their race: the AllSpark. The AUTOBOTS, sworn to protect the AllSpark, battled heroically against the treacherous DECEPTICONS, who desired the AllSpark’s power only for evil. Their war raged on, and in a final act of self-sacrifice the AUTOBOTS jettisoned the AllSpark into the depths of space, where it would remain hidden for countless years on aremote planet called Earth. Now, the forces of good and evil gather again to continue their battle for the AllSpark, and the war that began on Cybertron will be finished on Earth.
