Henry Ford the creator of this company turned their dreams into reality, realizing that he could create cars, instead of beinga farmer he decide to be an automotive engineer, in order to get in the car market. The introduction of the Model T revolutionized the automobile market in transportation and industry in the United States. Ford has always invested heavily in resources to implement the latest technology and security benefits available to all drivers. Ford's goal has always been to provide its customers withreliable transportation. Without doubt, this company is one of the most important companies in the market because their cars are safe and innovative products that people have bought for many years.

Structure

For has had as one of its main objectives to create a cultureand a work environment respectful and inclusive, particularly recognizing the main characteristics of the individual without distinction.

The structure of this company is a mix of different structures:

Functional Structure( We can say that the company is divided into Functional Structure because the company is working according to the skills of employees through departments. It dividesthe people working in assembly area, administration marketing, human resources and sales.

Divisional Structure( In the case of Divisional Structure, we can say that is divided into Customer Based Divisional Structure because Ford is working according to the products and people´s needs that´s why the company produces different types of cars. Also in the Divisional Structure there is a GeographicStructure because there are a lot of companies in each country of the world, and with different companies it should be a manager for each one.

Product Team Structure( Ford worked in groups according to the product that people need, the difference that could be between the Matrix Structure is that it has to report to 2 bosses, and here you only have to report the head in charge of developingthat product.

Conclusions according to the Ford Company Structure

In summary we can say that the Ford Company Structure is based according to the clients needs talking about Divisional Structure, Customer Based Divisional Structure. Also in the divisional structure is a Geographic Division because in different countries there are a lot of companies and for each company there is a manager. Butthe division inside the company is based according to the skills of the workers in the company and also Ford get in groups to produces a certain new product that why always are innovating their products because of the Product Team Structure.
