For the first campaign (Vonage), I have the following comments that I would like to review together, in order to verify that we already have this information or we will have to send alist of questions to the client.

According to the script, these are the steps:

1. – We dial the client’s number from here (which we already have it from the database). 
2. - Westart the script where we offer $100usd rebate if the client enrolls the program.
3.- The  program consists of:
Free first month trial, after the 30-day free trial the regularmonthly fee is just 25.99 usd.
There is just one time charge of $16.98 usd, which includes:
$9.99 usd for activatin and 6.99 usd for shipping.

4.- The followinginformation is required, in order to confirm the enrollment:

First Name
Last Name
Address
Phone’s number
e-mail:
Actual Internet’s service provider


5.- Once the client’sinformation has been collected, we invite the client to switch to Vonage and then we ask the following two questions:

- Birth date
-Actual phone’s service provider


6.- We have to askthree validation’s questions and then confirm the payment.

The Vonage’s document specifies that if the payment is done via credit card, the client has to provide the card verificationnumber.

Would be there another payment method?
Besides the regular reports, will be required to make a special report for the client?
Is this program already on-going in anothercall center, if so, do they already have a FAQ list?

Is there a restriction’s list, footprint or any special service’s conditions?

We need to know what information would be requiredby the client (Vonage) in order to validate our sale, and besides this, we need to know if it would be required for us to record all the call’s or just the validation/confirmation part.
