La investigación realizada tiene como objetivo, demostrar la importancia de la Gestión Cultural promovida por el COMPER, en el logro de la consolidación de la identidad nacional de las comunidades peruanas radicadas en Florida, a través del análisis de publicaciones, e informaciones enviadas a la dirección de asuntos culturales del MMRREE, con el fin deconsolidar la formación de funcionario diplomático en identidad nacional para la realización de sus futuras tareas en el área cultural; logrando resultados gracias a las respuestas brindadas por los funcionarios del sector a través del instrumento de recolección de datos.

El tipo de investigación es Básico, Descriptivo y Correlacional, de Corte Transversal, utilizando los Métodos Inductivo,Deductivo y Analítico, para lo cual se ha diseñado como instrumento de recolección de datos el cuestionario, aplicado a una muestra de 66 funcionarios que prestan servicios consulares.
Efectuada la prueba de Hipótesis planteada de la siguiente manera: Si la gestión cultural es promovida convenientemente por el COMPER entonces se verá reforzada la identidad nacional de las comunidades peruanasradicadas en Florida; aplicándose el cálculo estadístico de Chi Cuadrado arrojó como resultado, 9.28, siendo mayor a 7.81 valor que representa a la Hipótesis Nula, quedando demostrada la validez de la Hipótesis y por ende de la investigación
