Habitos De Comida
I use to eat 5times at day, all the days I take breakfast at 9:00 am, for breakfast I have like five options, I can eat Cornflakes, light yogurtwith a fruit, oats, sandwich or eggs with jam. Sometime I take a coffe. Then I wait like 3 hours and I eat a fruit or it can be aspecial K bar.
I use to eat at 3:00 pm , at this time I eat meat, chicken or tuna with vegetable and 1 tortilla. I drink lemonade orjamaica. In mid afternoon I can eat a fruit, cucumber or jicama .At dinner I eat sandwich, quesadilla or cereal or sometimes I don’ttake dinner, because I think we don’t need the dinner to be healthy , I think you need more to take breakfast and lunch.
Sometimeswhen I´m stressed I eat potatoes chips, but I don’t really like to eat them because is not healthy and the potatoes chip have a lot ofcalories. A bad habit that I have is that I drink one coke at day , I´m kind of addict to it, and if I don’t drink it I feel likesick.
I think my diet is a healthy one, because I´m always taking care of what I´m going to eat, actually I use to go to nutritionist,because he give me plenty of eating options, and
plenty of eating options, and gives me lots and combinations that our bodies need.
