1. PROBLEM STATEMENT

1.1 Motivation
Before we chose our topic, we started to find out what would be the most interesting toresearch within hospitality and tourism. In our group we had different ideas and interests and we could not choose both hospitality and tourism. So we decided to focus on hospitality, and within that we chose a hotel.
