Positive Change From The Industrial Revolution

The Industrial Revolution was a change from making everything by hand to making things by machines in factories. The Industrial Revolutionstarted in England in the mid 1700’s. Although many say the Industrial Revolution was bad because of all the pollution it caused, I still think differently. The Industrial Revolution brought a positivechange to the world because transportation improved, technology improved and reform laws were created.
As the Industrial Revolution was going on a thing it affected was transportation.Transportation was one of the big things of the Industrial Revolution. Transportation made it easier to get to one places to another. The Industrial Revolution came up with three ways of transportation:waterways, roads, and railroads. In the waterways, steamboats were used; they were invented by John Fitch in 1786. In the roads, cars were used; they first started as the Model T Car by Henry Ford. Andin the railroads, trains were invented. All these ways of transportation helped people get to places faster and helped other countries industrialize in transportation.
As transportationimproved so did technology. There were better communication ways, since the telephone and telegraph were invented. It made communication easier. There were also machines invented for agriculture. The seeddrill to plant seeds evenly so nothing goes bad. And best of all Crop Rotation. Crop Rotation happened by switching crops every year to avoid the soil to rest and using it year long. There were alsoother different invention besides the car and the telephone. Things like the cotton gin, invented by Eli Whitney, made cotton picking easier. The printing press, invented by Johannes Gutenberg, printednewspaper so people could be informed. And most importantly the light bulb, invented by Thomas Edison, you were now able to see in the dark through electricity instead of a candle.
