Introduction
The purpose of this report is to illustrate my first experience as an intern at the Hispano Americano School and give an investigative look at certain situations that arise within a group. The main objective is to observe in terms of generating proposals and helping to resolve problems thathave been identified through the observation process.
Through the observation I obtained information related not only to the students’ behavior, but also to the teacher’s, and its work methodology, including the objective of the class, the contents and the resources.
Additionally, it is necessary to mention that Hispano Americano School belongs to the religious order of the Piarist Fathers,which was founded by Saint Joseph Calasanctius in Rome. The school was founded on March 12th, 1917 and is located in Carmen Street, next to Matta Avenue, Santiago. In relation to its organizational structure, Hispano Americano School counts with a hierarchical organization and a continuous religious support. The school has 920 students from both genders, female and male. Their socio culturallevel belongs to C2, according to the Chilean categorization.
At the end of this report it is possible to find some extra information, such as the blogs which will give support to the report.
