Cases Analyzed
The following cases were analyzed for Pu-IJ:
Case 1. 13 ½” x 12 ¼” BHA in a tangent section.
Case 2. 8 ½” in a tangent section
Case 1. 13 ½”x 12 ¼” AutoTrak + ZoneTrak + RWD BHA (Tangent section)
The following results are presented for tangent section in the planned trajectory of Pu-IJ (Pu-IJF_D_2).
Section Details:
Inclination =25.00º / Azimuth = 169º / Depth = 2296m MD – 3240m MD
BHA= ATK G3, ZTK, OTK II and Rhino Reamer

Bending moment analysis showed that the main bending will be located at the RhinoReamer area. Specifications for these tools must be obtained with tool provider. For this analysis there are no issues with static bending moments the tools are planned on being subjected to. Bendingmoments are within tolerances for all BHI tools.

The dynamics analysis showed that the excitation may be amplified causing an increase in natural vibrations around 99 RPM.Then is it recommended to drill between 110 and 140 rpm. The second frequency will be at to high value to be considered (237 RPM)
Case 2. 8 ½” AutoTrak + LithoTrak + TestTrak + SoundTrak BHA(Tangent Section)
The following results are presented for the final dropping section in the planned trajectory of Pd-IF (Pu-IJ_D_2).
Section Details:
Inclination = 25.00º / Azimuth = 169º / Depth =3240m MD – 3298m MD
ATK G3, OTK II, LTK, TTK, STK are included on it.

Analysis showed main bending moments in stabilizers and XO components. (labelled on blue). There are noissues with static bending moments that the tools are planned to be subjected to. Bending moments are within tolerances for all BHI tools.

The dynamics analysis showed that theexcitation may be amplified causing an increase in natural vibrations around 156 RPM. Then is it recommended to drill between 100 and- 140 RPMs during this section. The second frequency will be at to high...
