SECTION 1 - COMPANY OVERVIEW
The Library Hotel is a 60-room boutique hotel owned by Marck Vanderloo and will be located in the heart of Manhattan, New York City. The hotelwill open its doors in May 2013, the design is a work of art from the architect Stephen B. Jacobs.
The concept of the Library Hotel is inspired by the Dewey Decimal system. It has an unique organizing principle: each of the 10 guestroom floor honor the ten categories of the Dewey Decimal System, with each room as a subcategory or genre; the rooms are uniquely adorned with a collection of books andart exploring a distinctive topic within the category it belongs to. Guests will be invited to unwind from their urban adventures by enjoying the quiet exploration of over 6,000 books.
The average rate of the room per night will be $350 US dollars for a double bed room. The distribution of the Library Hotel is sorted by theme on every floor, and each one of the rooms will have another theme thatfall under the big theme:

The Library Hotel will offer to their customers, prime level service and an unforgettable experience, which is determined degree of comfort and the amenities of the hotel. Every guest room features has rich wood furnishings and fabrics in a sleek, contemporary design,plus a library of inspiring books to captivate your imagination.

In-room safe, mini bar, complimentary wireless internet access, accommodating writing desk, two-line phones with voice mail, cable TV with premium channels, DVD player with complimentary access to our DVD Library, iHome radio/alarm clock/mp3 player, plush cotton robes and slippers, Hair dryer, Makeup/shavingmirror, Gilchrist & Soames bath amenities.

The hotel will offer a reading room, located on the second floor, will be available to guests 24 hours a day offering magnificent views of Madison Avenue and Library Way and featuring hundreds of books, with a selection of complimentary teas, coffee, cappuccino, espresso, cafe au lait, cookies andfruits always readily available.

Another space of the hotel is the Writers Den and Poetry Garden; it is on the hotel's Fourteenth floor rooftop. The space is a garden terrace that by day will serve as a relaxing oasis with views of iconic New York architecture. There is a fireplace to get cozy or greenhouse ideally designed to read books.
