En el presente trabajo de investigación se darán a conocer los diferentes tipos expresiones de comparación y unidad en el cual se dará una breve explicación de cada uno, dos oraciones de primera la comparativa, de segunda la superlativa y ejemplos.
Los adjetivos en inglés tienen tres grados: positivo, comparativo y superlativo. El positivo es el adjetivo en su forma simple,básica, el comparativo establece la relación o comparación entre dos cosas/personas; y el superlativo denota el más alto grado de una cualidad.
• De 1 silaba
Solo se le agrega ‘’er’’ para grado comparativo y para grado superlativo primero se le agrega ‘’the’’ y a la palabra se le agrega ‘’est’’ al final.

Oraciones:

• 1 Silaba ( Termina en ‘E’ )
En este caso de que la palabra termina en ‘’E’’ solo se le agrega las letras ‘R’ o ‘ST’ al final.

Oraciones:

• 1 Silaba ( Termina en consonante precedida de vocal )
En este caso se repite la consonante y al igual que las anteriores se le agrega ‘’er’’ ‘’est’’

En este caso la palabra queda en su forma original solo que al principio se le agrega ‘’more’’ si es en forma comparativa y the ‘’most’’ para la forma superlativa.

En este caso la letra ‘’y’’ se cambia por ‘’I’’ y se le agrega ‘’er’’ para comparativas y ‘’est’’para superlativas.

Ejemplos:

• 2 Silabas ( Terminan en: ‘’-er’’ , ‘’-le’’, ‘’-ow’’ )
En este caso solamente se le agrega el ‘’er’’para comparativas al final y para superlativas el ‘’est’’

• 2 Silabas ( Terminan de 2 formas )
En este caso se le puede agregar el ‘’er’’ o‘’est’’ a las palabras al final ya sea para forma comparativa o superlativa. Pero también se pueden realizar agregando antes de la palara el ‘’more’’ para comprativa y el the ‘’most’’ para superlativas.
