Fundamentación:
La base de la enseñanza la constituye un enfoque comunicativo cuya motivación principal debe ser el aprendizaje del inglés como una lengua vehicular para lacomunicación internacional.


Propósitos:
_ Que los alumnos puedan interpretar y redactar diversos tipos de texto en Inglés.
_ Que los alumnos puedan comunicarse con personas de habla inglesa,expresándose satisfactoriamente y entendiendo a su interlocutor.
_ Que los alumnos amplíen su conocimiento de la lengua.
_ Que los alumnos se sensibilicen a los nuevos fonemas y sistema morfosintáctico de lalengua extranjera.
_ Que los alumnos puedan valorar la importancia del idioma Inglés en el ámbito laboral y en el contexto internacional.
_ Que los alumnos puedan hacer uso de las habilidadessociales vistas en clase en el ámbito laboral.

Contenidos Conceptuales

UNIDAD 1 :
Past Simple of the verb “to be”: was, were in all its forms
Vocabulary: Dates
Past Simple: regular and irregularverbs. (affirmative, negative and interrogative forms). Prepositions of time: in, on, at. Expressions of past time: ago, yesterday, last week, etc.
Vocabulary: holidays, space travel

UNIDAD 3 :
