Devaluation



The devaluation is a reduction in the value of one currency in relation to the others currencies.

Generally the devaluation is undertaker for the government for make theproducts of your country more competitive in world markets.

Some countries hold floating exchange rates while others maintain fixed exchange rate policies against the United States dollar or other majorcurrencies.

When a country is importing more than it is exporting, is when a deficit a large current exists so the government often opts for devaluation.

Devaluation occurs exclusively in fixedcurrencies, when the currency in question is pegged to another currency.

An example of devaluation, is when Mexico devalued the peso more pesos were required to obtain a given amount of a foreigncurrency.

The pressure on the peso continues to be exacerbated by low-level of global demand for petroleum, affects adversely both Mexico’s balance of trade position and the fiscal position of thenational government in Mexico.

The ‘’capital golodrino’’ has a large negative effect on the economic because are a problem and an evil that has been accentuated byglobalization.

These capital make refers to capital flowing into the country, remains for a short time and then leave the country again.

This happens when for certain situations and circumstancesand incentives the country offers good returns to foreign capital, so that capital come to take that opportunity and took advantage once the fly to find another market that gives them a betteropportunity.

The capitals passengers fail to take the opportunity of the moment and then are removed leaving the country nothing positive, and are leaving serious drawbacks.

The opportunism of capitalgolondrino leave a number of negative effects, and perhaps the first consequence that capital golondrino leave, is the revaluation of the currency local, and the currency revaluation cause great harm...
