Alberto! Come here, shouted el gordo how everybody called him. He needed help for lighting thebonfire where el sancocho was going to be putted, while in the kitchen the ladies were preparing all the ingredients of the typical dish on every December 31. All the kids were running around the farmwhich was pretty wide.
The bonfire was already lighten so el gordo carry the pot there, it was amazingly big because the family was so large so they had to make a lot of food, and they needed somebodywho had enough strength and who was capable to take there. El gordo loved to eat, he thought that eating was the biggest pleasure in the world, and even more if you were talking about sancocho whichwas ready to be eaten after 40 minutes of glowing fire. Everybody in the family ate it like if there wasn’t a better food ever.
Once they all finished eating the party started, el gordo didn’t waitlong time to start dancing, he enjoyed very much dancing and everybody loved to see him dance because he radiated such happiness and joyness that convert him in the soul of the party. El gordo was avery nice and pleasant person because he was full of good feelings and good things to give to people that surround him.
Specially that day he felt very good because at work they gave him a better chargeand he and he would receive a better payment. Alberto loved his family a lot so he knew that with that new charge he may give them los gusticos they deserved, like clothes for his wife, toys for hiskids, and travel with them out of the country which was one of his dreams since he was a little kid. That they he had shine his bald and cut his big mustache that he have had more or less for 15years back.
After going to the farms he bought many cans of foam for spreading them to all the people because he find it very funny, to see how the members of his family started running through all...
