INTRODUCTION DE DNA

THEORETHICAL FRAMEWORK
* WHAT IS DNA AND RNA.DNA: Is a double helix composed of a phosphate group, a deoxyrisbose sugar and nucleotides. The DNA segments carrying genetic information are called genes. Theprimary function of DNA in organisms is to store and transmit the genetic information that tells cells which proteins when to make them.
RNA: Stands for Ribonucleic acid, is part of a group ofmolecules known as the nucleic acids, which are one of the four major macromolecules.
* Parts of DNA
There are two strands of nucleotide chains that are connected by hydrogen bonds. The nucleotides areconnected to the sugar which are connected to the phosphate group to create a sugar-phosphate ‘’backbone’’

* Parts of the animal cell and functions:
Nulceos : control of the cellRibosomes: Produces proteins
Nuclear Membrane: Controls what enters and leaves the nucleus
Mitochondria: Powerhouse, and produces ATP.
Lysosome : Break down materials in the cell also know as death sacGolgi Bodies: packages proteins
Cytoplasm: suspends organelles
Endoplasmic Reticulum: transports system for materials
Nucleolus: Makes RNA
Cytoskeleton : helps organelles move from place to placeMicrofilament: helps cells change shape, structured support
Microtubules: Provide attachment places for organelles and provide tracks for organelles movement
* Parts of the plant cell andfunctions:
Cell Membrane: Surrounds the cytoplasm of a cell and physical separates the intracellular
Cell Wall: a liquid layer surrounding a cell and provides protection
Plasmodesmata: are microscopechannels of plants transport and communicate between cell walls of plant cells
Vacuole: Are found in cytoplasm, bounded with eukaryotic cell, serve of secretory and storage functions
Tonoplast:...
