Sir Isaac Newton (1642-1727) Newton born in England. His father dies 3 months before he born. He was a premature infant. His grandma educated him. When Newton wasyoung was a quit boy but very intelligent. He made sundials, model windmills, a water clock, a mechanical carriage, and flew kites with lanterns attached to theirtails. His mom wanted to make him a farmer, but he doesn’t show talent for it. His discovers and theories served for all the scientific advances of his time. When hegrew up he formulated laws of gravitation and motion. They explain how objects move on earth. He built the first reflecting telescope. When he was making thetelescope he discovers that when the light passes through a lense the different colors reflect in different amounts. So the image of a star looks like if it issurrounded by a spectrum of colors. And at that time the technology wasn’t so good so for solving this problem he design a telescope that uses mirrors to bring a light ofthe focus. He entered to Cambridge University in 1661 and graduated in 1665. Newton is one of the inventors of the branch of mathematics named calculus. He isconsiderate one of the biggest scientists of the history. His main areas of study were: mathematics, natural philosopher and English physicist. After a long disease Newtondie in the night of march 2o in 1727.
