ABSTRACT

The soils for the cultivation of pasture are mostly low fertility and of poor drainage, which exert negative effects on productivity, quality and persistence of pasture species. The rock flour is a natural mineral fertilizer, that gradually brings the important micro and macronutrients for mineral nutrition of crops, pasture, animals and for heman consume. The objective was toevaluate the effect of level of rock flour of a natural prairie. The hypothesis was the application of different doses of rock flour has significant effect on the performance of a natural meadow.. This research was performed in the property of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, UNA –Filial Caazapá located in the compañía 20 de julio. The study population consisted of a piece of natural meadow.Thetreatments were: T1: Witness, T2: 500, T3: 1000; T4: 1500 y T5: 2000Kg/ha-1 of rock flour. Las variables evaluadas fueron: green matter and dry matter (Kg/ha). The design used was: The complete block design random (CBDR), with five treatments and four repetitions, each experimental unit had a surface of 10m2 with a total surface of 322 m2 . The period was of 90 days since july to october of 2015.With the obtained results It was performed ANAVA and to the found significant differences was performed comparison of measures with Tukey`s test. From the results obtained are found an increased of the MV, well being1648,65 kg/ha-1, 1648,65 kg/ha-1, 1904,3 Kg/ha-1 of MV, with 1000, 1500 and 2000 kg/ha-1 of rock flour respectively. The same trend is observed in the performance of MS was obtained634,53 kg/ha-1, 685,25 kg/ha-1 y 743,98 Kg/ha-1 con 1000, 1500 and 2000 kg/ha-1 of rock flour respectively. The forage production is influenced by weather conditions, especially rainfall.

RESUMEN

Los suelos destinados al cultivo de pastos en su mayoría son de baja fertilidad y mal drenaje, que ejercen efectosnegativos en la productividad, calidad y persistencia de las especies de pastos. La harina de roca es un abono natural de origen mineral, que aporta en forma gradual los micros y macros nutrientes importantes para la nutrición mineral de los cultivos, las pasturas, los animales y para el consumo humano. El objetivo fue evaluar el efecto de niveles de harina de roca sobre el rendimiento de una praderanatural. La hipótesis fue la aplicación de distintas dosis de harina de roca tiene efecto significativo sobre el rendimiento de una pradera natural. Esta investigación fue realizada en el predio de la Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias, UNA Filial Caazapá ubicado en la compañía 20 de Julio. La población estudiada estuvo constituido por una parcela de pradera natural. Los tratamientos fueron T1: Testigo,T2: 500, T3: 1000; T4: 1500 y T5 2000Kg/ha-1 de harina de roca. Las variables evaluadas fueron: materia verde y materia seca (Kg/ha). El diseño utilizado fue el Diseño de Bloques Completos al Azar (DBCA), con 5 tratamientos y 4 repeticiones, cada unidad experimental tuvo una superficie de 10 m2 con una superficie total de 322 m2. El periodo fue de 90 días desde julio a octubre del 2015. Con losresultados obtenidos se realizó ANAVA y al encontrarse diferencias significativas se realizó la comparación de medias con el test de Tukey. De lo resultados obtenidos se halló un aumento en el rendimiento de MV, siendo así 1648,65 kg/ha-1, 1648,65 kg/ha-1, 1904,3 Kg/ha-1 de MV con 1000, 1500 y 2000 kg/ha-1 de harina de roca respectivamente. La misma tendencia se observó en el rendimiento de MS seobtuvo 634,53 kg/ha-1, 685,25 kg/ha-1 y 743,98 Kg/ha-1 con 1000, 1500 y 2000 kg/ha-1 de harina de roca respectivamente. La producción forrajera en MV y MS registrada fueron las mayores con la aplicación de 2000 kg/ha-1 de harina de roca. La producción forrajera se halla influencia por las condiciones climáticas, especialmente por las precipitaciones.
