1. RESUMEN

En estetrabajo está dirigido a estudiantes de derecho de segundo y tercer semestre, para que determinen las condiciones físicas y naturales de la muerte como forma de extinguir la personalidad jurídica de las persona, y se describen la forma en que se abordara las causales que intervienen en el desarrollo del tema. El estudio investigativo se llevó a cabo mediante la participación activa de losintegrantes y la dirección del programa de estudio que presento la Fundación Tecnológica Antonio De Arévalo Tecnar, facultad de ciencias sociales de Cartagena.

Se utilizaran diferentes medios bibliográficos que ayudan a explicar de forma clara los conceptos implícitos en el trabajo, algunos de estos medios son: la constitución política de Colombia, el código penal colombiano y el código civilcolombiano entre otros medios informativos con el fin de almacenar, manipular, describir algún procesamiento de los datos del físico naturales del trabajo. 

La vida es el don más preciado del ser humano y en este trabajo abordaremos desde su creación y gestación en el vientre de la madre pasando por cada una de las etapas de su existencia como persona jurídica que adquiere derechos y contraeobligaciones. En este trabajo además se investigara que establece la ley 09/1979 por la cual se regula los trasplantes y donación de órganos en Colombia se aborda el desarrollo en la donación de órganos. Se presenta el planteamiento general como que es una donación de órganos en otra instancia se abordara la parte legal de las sanciones. Por último se presentara una conclusión del tema en cuestión.1. This   work is aimed at   law students from   second and  third semester,  to  determine  the physical  and natural  death  as a way  to extinguish  the legal personality of  the  person,  and describes  how they  would address  the causes  involved   in  the matter.  The  research study was conducted  with the active participation  of themembers  and address of the program of study that presented the Technology Foundation Antonio De  Arévalo Tecnar, Faculty of Social Sciences  of  Cartagena.

Bibliographic   different media  are used  to help  clearly explain the concepts involved in  the work, some of these  media are:  the political constitution of  Colombia, the  Colombian penal code  andthe Colombian civil code and other  media  to  store,  manipulate,  describe any  data  processing  natural physical work.
