Fritjof Capra’s book, ‘The Hidden Connections’ is a book that talks about the roles of the networks within the organizations .Networks are applied in most scientific, business and societal disciplines. The networks are stipulated within the complexity, natural andsocial science theories and are applied in different sectors of the economy. This is a powerful and succinct book that is consistently supported by a wide variety of theories that are relevant and important for the reader. The comparisons and contracts about biological and social networks are tackled within the text in an effective manner. The other issues addressed involves technological phenomenon,ecosystems of the populations of bacteria, negative effects of fluctuations of the stock markets as well as the general view of the structure of the economy.

This text explains the importance of networks facilities that are as a result of the revolution of technologies. These networks lead to the growth and development of economies .The economies are structured around flows of information, power,wealth that are within the global financial networks. Networking is therefore considered to be a useful form of organizing human activities.

The author brings out the issues that are disconnected in the world and later on connects them to the specific theatres that are useful to the community. Fritjof Capra delivers a very insightful aspect of the cosmic networks that are used inmaking life, mind as well as the society. The author tells the real story behind the interconnectedness between the living and the non-living things. Fritjof Capra explains the issue of revolution of human beings that occurred over 3.8 million years ago which contributed to the emergence of the universal ancestor .In addition the author delivers the issue of the evolution of cognition and thought andrecognizes the Cartesian notions that can explain the behavior of living things within the community. According to the author he states that the consciousness is not a biological aspect as stipulated by most authors but it is a social phenomenon. Other issues that have been extensively explained within the text involve tool making that was an earlier form of technology, development of languages thatevolved due to the implementation of new advanced tools. The use of advanced tools would ensure that people were in a position to tackle issues of culture and increase the rate of productivity within their organizations (Diamond, & Capra, 25).

The author was truthful on his opinion as he stated the issue of integrating the physical, cognitive and the social dimensions of life is paramount in allsector of the economy. The author presents the ideas in a unified way. He states that the problems existing in the society as well as the problems that individuals go through when carrying out their daily activities can be solved through applying the appropriate disciplines.
