Some people say that physical exercise should be a required part of every school day. Other people believe that students should spend the whole school day on academic studies. Which opinion do youagree with? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.







I´d like to say that physical activities occupie an essential part of our lifes. In these times in which most of thekids are used to eat unhealthy food or just staying all the day at home, Physical Education, in my oppinnion, ought to have an important rol between the academical studies.



The first point I´dlike to make is that physical activities are not as important as Maths or History, even though there have to be practiced every day. It´s essential to consider P.E. as a subject and also it´simportant to have class of it twice a week. Doing this, the student feels more relaxed, and progressively, more satisfied with the effort he has done. Also he will feel that he is getting fit. Apart fromthe subject, the student must take part in sports teams such as basketball, soccer or hockey. And if the student is quite shy there is the chance of practising individual sports like swimming ortennis.



On the other hand, physical activitiy clears time to you, because istead of being studyng for the Biology exam you have tomorrow you may be in the workout of your sport. Also it tires a lot,so when you come back home and you start studyng you don´t have strenth even to open the book. I agree at considering P.E. as a subject, but sometimes it becomes really stupid.The teacher comes witha football and he tells: “Sorry guys, today I´ve got so much work to do that I can´t give class, so just have fun”. And you keep playing soccer two hours and you think that you could be studyng.To sum up, I believe in the advantages of physical exercise to keep fit and have fun, especially in this society in which the external look is very important.
