The speed at which these reforms are addressed will depend to a great extent on the election result (Who wins the presidency) and the composition of the congress if the coalition that wins the presidency also gains control of congress, the reforms could be achieved more quickly than if it doesn’t gain control. Obstáculos potenciales:
Incluso si el PRI gana la presidencia con el control de las dos cámaras del Congreso, esto nogarantiza que las reformas se logrará.

El segundo obstáculo en el horizonte es la creación de las comisiones en el Congreso, ¿cuántas veces hemos sido testigos del primer período de sesiones en el Congreso de una nueva legislación perdido en una batalla para establecer las comisiones y resolver los políticos en sus nuevas posiciones podría no pasar del 2 de julio?
El tercerobstáculo es la presión de ciertos grupos para tratar de evitar que estas reformas de haberse alcanzado.
