Research questions

What is child abuse?
Child abuse is dived by the following categories: physical, emotional, sexual and neglect. For a resume of examples for all the categoriesare: hitting, excessive yelling, any forced sexual activity, a pattern failure to provide for the child’s physical needs, etc. This action of child abuse is defined by the Center of Disease Controland Prevention (CDC) as any act or series of act of commission or omission by a parent or other care giver that results in harms, potential for harms, or threat of harm to a child. This abuse may occurin the home, school, organization or any place where the child interact.

Why child abuses happen?
Children are often punished for behavior they are too young to control. It’s common that an adultabused a child in response to their own anger and unhappiness. Not have to be the parents, could be any member of the family or the person that take care the child. Seeing many cases are known thatcaretakers abused the children that they have under their care.

What law protects the child abuse?
Laws vary by states, but some are general for the any act against children. When is reported astrong child abuse, the state place the child in an emergency protective custody where Social Services have the obligation to remove the child from the physical or sexual abused was made. In some statesis illegal taking the child from a parent and to give him to another without court’s decision. If both parents are involved in the abuse, the child is placed in an orphanage or given to anotherfamily.

How child could affect his development?
Interrupt the childhood of a child with pain and sorrow could stop his innocent mind creating bitterness and hatred making it much older than they are.These children also my feel that they cannot affect the world around them with good behavior and feel like nothing as if they have not value. These are some typical consequence of young criminals....
