STEALING IN MEXICO CITY
The stealing in Mexico City is growing day by day, today, all places are unsafe. It´s a big problem because us can´t go out to the streetswithout fear. This problem is generated by many causes: politics, economics and socials.
The reasons of this problem are:
* Unemployment
* Low level of education
* Poorness
* Lack ofstrict laws
* Government inattention
* Corruption
The most common stealing are:
* Vehicle steal
* Home steal
* Steal in street
* Business steal
* Banks steal
Evidenceaccording to INEGI:
The steals is on the rise passer and acceleration in the city. Between January and April 2010, the number of preliminary investigations for this offense totaled 12.649. For the sameperiod of 2009, the total number was 10.586 preliminary investigations. This represents an increase of 19.5% in the period. However, not all forms of stealing passer increase in the same proportion.While street stealing increased 21.1%, stealing in taxis did so in 16.7% and buses increased 8.1%. The road is the most vulnerable to the citizen.
Statistics from the Office of Justice indicate thatthe Territorial Coordination has the highest incidence is Benito Juarez 4, which includes the areas north and south of Portales, Santa Cruz Atoyac, Letran and San Simon Valley Ticumac.
Suchcoordination, from January to September of 2011, 530 complaints of stealing began to passerby.
It follows the Territorial Coordination Cuauhtémoc 6, which covers much of the first frame of the City ofMexico there were 521 reported robberies.
With 439 complaints followed a Territorial Coordination Venustiano Carranza 1, which includes colonies like Merced, Morelos, Michoacan, Popular Valley Trailand Gomez.
