Procedimiento registro
Estudiantes que hicieron SOLICITUD ONLINE (la mayoría)
1.- El estudiante ENTREGA FOTOCOPIA DE SU CARNÉ DE
IDENTIDAD O PASAPORTE (ahora después de la sesión o
en la Oficina central deRelaciones Internacionales – Complejo
Administrativo Triunfo – Avda del Hospicio) y le damos su
carné de estudiante internacional de la UGR.
2.- La oficina CENTRAL de Relaciones Internacionales y
Coop. procede al REGISTRO en la base de datos general
UGR.
3.- El estudiante RECIBE UN E-MAIL cuando ya está incluido
en la base de datos general de la UGR para informarle de que
ya puede hacer lamatrícula en su Facultad / Escuela.

Students who filled in the online application
1.- The students give us an ID or passport copy and we
give them the international student card (after this
session or at the Central International Office placed at
Complejo Triunfo – Av del Hospicio)
2.- The CENTRAL International Office REGISTER ALL
STUDENTS at the main data base of theUGR.
3.- The student RECEIVES AN E-MAIL reporting that
he/she has been registered at the main data base of the
UGR.

4.- El estudiante Erasmus DESCARGA EL PDF DE SU
CREDENCIAL O CERTIFICADO DE ESTANCIA, lo
guarda y LO IMPRIME para el registro en la Oficina de
Extranjeros (trámites del Gobierno de España).5.- El estudiante REALIZA SU MATRÍCULA EN LA
FACULTAD.
IMPORTANTE: El lunes 23 de septiembre empiezan
las clases. Aunque no hayas hecho aún tu matrícula
puedes (y debes) asistir regularmente a tus cursos.

Students who filled in the online application
4.-The Erasmus students (not Free mobility neither
Exchange) download their stay certificate (also called
credential)(necessary document to register at the
Foreigners Office – procedure of the Spanish Government)
by entering at their online application. They must save and
print the stay certificate.
5.- The student enrols in the courses at his/her Faculty.
IMPORTANT: On Monday 23rd September, lessons start
and you should start attending the course you will enrol
even if you haven’t enrolled at the coursesyet.

• SELECCIONAS LA FASE (Segunda Fase February-July)
y EL PROGRAMA correspondiente (Erasmus).
• Introduces tu Nº pasaporte o carné (con el que
realizaste lasolicitud online) y la clave y pinchas en entrar
(log in)
• Si olvidaste tu contraseña, selecciona la fase y el
programa, introduce el nº de tu pasaporte o carné de
identidad y pincha en la opción ¿Ha olvidado su
contraseña?/Forgot your password? ubicada debajo de
las casillas de pasaporte y clave de acceso, y te
enviaremos una clave temporal al correo electrónico
asociado a tu solicitud.Where can I download my certificate of stay?
• At the same link where you filled in the online application:
https://oficinavirtual.ugr.es/apli/intercambio/alumnos_in/index.html
• YOU SELECT THE PERIOD (FASE) (Segunda Fase FebruaryJuly) AND THE PROGRAMME (PROGRAMA): (Erasmus).
• YOU ENTER YOUR Passport or ID NUMBER (the one you
used to fill in the online application) and the password, and youclick on log in.
• If you lose or forgot your password, SELECT THE PERIOD
AND THE PROGRAMME Erasmus fill in your passport No AND
CLICK ON: ¿Ha olvidado su contraseña?/Forgot your
password? placed below the boxes of the passport and
password. A temporary password will be sent to the e-mail
address you introduced when you filled in the application.
