Biography: Luciano is the Knight of Ten and is known as the "Vampireof Britannia", feared by ally and enemy alike. A violent and confrontational man, he is fond of provoking others and attacking without provocation. Luciano was controversially appointed into the Roundsby Emperor Charles. The majority of the Knights of the Rounds appear to dislike him. Shurelia and Aeneas in particular, hate him and had confronted Emperor Charles more than once to revoke Luciano ofhis status as a Rounds. Luciano does get along, somehow, with Setanta, though their conversations are often limited to a few words and more fighting. He shows little care for the lives he ends, bethey friend or foe, as long as he can cause destruction. In fact, he fights battles specifically because it allows him to freely kill people in public. He claims to be a "homicide genius" and carries anumber of large knives which he is adept at throwing swiftly and precisely. He is fiercely loyal to the Empire, but does as he pleases most of the time, even around members of the Imperial Family.Luciano commands a unit of personal bodyguards known as the Grausam Valkyrie Squadron, a quartet of young women between the age of 15 and 25 who pilot two-tone pink Vincents. 

The personality ofLuciano was fostered as a result of a troubled childhood. He was born into a third class impoverished family, where he had an abusive father and an alcoholic mother. Early on, his father stated thatLuciano's life wasn't important, a statement which Luciano would carry as his personal motto for the rest of his life.
