When the control system is switches on, the above picture will be displayed on the screen which indicate
The whole control system is ready for operation, click the (logo north glass) whit the mouse,it will display the “system Menu”
B. System menu

System menu is the transfer point of all the pages, and changeover of all the pages is done on this page.
Under normal condition pleasclick (imagen) whit the mouse, and then open the “working menu” page
It monitors the system operation. When existing the system click (imagen) “Exit”
C. Main operation

Click points 1,2,3,y 4 setup menu will pop out
5 refer to the temperature in the lower furnace
6-9 refer to the temperature of A1,A2,A3 in the upper part of furnace.;
10-13 notes the heating residual time (unit:second); 10 refer to the heating time; 11 refer to the quenching residual time (unit: second); 12 refer to cooling residual time (unit: second); 13 refer to the air pressure
Clicking point 14 willdisplay the temperature listing, and point 15 shows the residual heating time.
Point 16 shows the front door of the furnace and point 17 show the back door
Point 18 shows the temperature changerange; point 19 shows the temperature controlling points in the lower furnace
Click point 20 will display single click adjustment page
Click point 21 will display power adjustment page

Page Setup(imagen)
Click the figure on top of the yellow column the menu will pop out. Each time when you push (imagen), the set value plus 1 or minus 1 scale
Quick setup can be made by dragging (imagen)
Push(imagen) when the setup is completed, the set will be reversed
Temperature display

This page display the temperature of every point
A1-A5 shows the points of A zone in upper furnaceB1-B5 shows the points of B zone in lower furnace
