I really enjoyed this talk, because I feel like I can learn a lot, I'd actually put into practice in my life, following the steps shows Mr. Cutts.
I thinkit says is the truth, because how human beings often reach a point in our lives where we feel we have lost focus or the zest for life, we do things just to do, without thinking if we really wantwithout even enjoy taking all such obligations, daily things to do. It is inexplicable because we fall in a situation, to see how our life just happens.
One of the most important things I learned is:"Time passes, if you do many things or if you do nothing in your life, time passes."
Therefore, it is best to take the decision to do new things, try things that always dreams now. Take the risk ofmaking good decisions about my day to day, and everything changed by small changes.
From my point of view, this is referred to Mr. Cutts, as small changes can produce big changes in our daily lives, inonly 30 days, I can do, more Than other days of my life, whenever I am biased and good determination to do.
As Mr. Cutts says, in addition to escape the routine of your life, you feel a greatsatisfaction to discover new things and enjoy new things that help to overcome the difficult times in your live.
I had the opportunity to put into practice, on one occasion, although it was notintentionally, but I was tired of doing the same things or automatically, without feeling joy or fun to do, the first thing I did was exercise, get up every day 6 am, and exercise was a big step, because inaddition to the reward of good health, began the day with lots of energy and joy.

Improve my English a lots, because the talks use a easier vocabulary and talked about is very interesting topic, so Ican read and read, and can understand all and how is really interesting I take like as an experience in my life.
